We prefer projects that we have control over both plumbing and site utilities to ensure that all problems are mitigated quickly and efficiently to keep the job on schedule. This is by far the best scenario for a General Contractor.

Our company is divisionalized by Plumbing and Site Utilities. Each division has a Project Manager and Project Coordinator and each job has a site Superintendent or foreman depending on the size. We’ve been known to bring as many a six people to a precon!
